At Josephs Jewelers, we take great care in preparing and delivering your order so it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Your Order

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is processed. Orders are handled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, excluding holidays. During busy times or due to our quality control process, there may be a slight delay as we ensure your piece meets our standards.

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your total purchase amount, delivery destination, and preferred delivery speed.

Delivery Details

An adult signature is required for all deliveries.
Shipping insurance is included at no additional cost.
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Weather & Holiday Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or national holidays, which are outside of our control.
During the holiday season, order volumes increase significantly. Orders placed after December 18 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas Day (December 25). We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Fees & Returns

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
